Six week Journey

You may feel discouraged by uncertainty, challenges, and burnout in the workplace.
You want more meaning. This discontent is starting to affect your wellbeing and personal life.
You don't need to make significant career decisions right now. But you can do what you can to invest in yourself to improve your work situation and feel prepared for what’s next for you!
program overview
WEEK 1. Begin with mindset awareness. Learn what isn’t working for you, limiting beliefs, and what’s getting in your way. Rewire your thinking so that you can move forward.
WEEK 2. Get clear on your purpose. Identify what you really want and need in your career: roles, workplace environments, and impact to grow and thrive.
WEEK 3. Identify your unique value. Evaluate your values, skills, strengths, and energizers. Learn how to leverage your zone of genius for career alignment, effectiveness, and fulfillment.
WEEK 4. Explore possibilities. Identify and review opportunities for your current work situation, in a new role, and possibilities for the future.
WEEK 5. Create a plan and prepare. Build an attainable action plan and prepare for your next move. Learn best practices for your resume, LinkedIn, networking, your circle of support and communicating your value.
WEEK 6. Execute your plan. Bring your plan to life! Take action and get tools to assess and adjust along the way. Feel great knowing you’ve had a mindset shift and are ready to step forward with improved alignment, increased confidence and fulfillment!

Weekly 60-minute Zoom calls, 10-11am PT/1-2pm ET on Tuesdays
Small group (8 max) to ensure an optimal community & coaching environment
Three private 15-minute 1:1 laser coaching sessions with me: pre-program, mid-program, and end-of-program ($250 value)
Program includes weekly workbooks with tools, templates, and exercises to facilitate deepened exploration & learning
Complete activities in between group sessions
