I've worked through my own career pivots. I navigated a layoff during the dot-com crash, found my way through many organizational changes, and took a big leap in my career from corporate to entrepreneurship.

I’m the Founder and CEO of Sylvia Coaching & Consulting, LLC and an Executive & Career Coach and Consultant. As a 25-year advertising, strategy, and partnership expert with Silicon Valley organizations, including Google, I partner with talent and organizations to elevate engagement, effectiveness, and impact.
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), ICF Certified Coach (ACC), and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
